Hello my beautiful friends! 

I hope you all had an awesome Christmas and New Year, I know I did! I also know that my camera was well and truly out in force over the festive period. Leaving me with tones of photographs to share, store and display. 


Just before Christmas I was contacted by PicStick they are a company who transform your favourite pictures into beautiful photo magnets. 

It's so simple and easy to do! You simply go to their website HERE create an account, either via email address or your Facebook account! Upload your chosen photographs, crop - edit and all that fancy stuff if you please! 

You can upload your photographs from your computer, phone, facebook or dropbox! and they are printed as the most unique, beautiful glossy magnetic pictures! 

I purchased mine before Christmas and used them for little sentimental gifts, which is why I have doubles of certain photographs. They went down a storm! Everyone loved them, they are the perfect sentimental gift for the ones you love. They are ideal for Birthday and Christmas gifts as a set or do as I did and give them out separately. 

The quality of the prints also surprised me. I wasn't expecting amazing things to be honest, I thought the quality of the magnets wouldn't be that good either. I hadn't come across the company before and I had nothing to go on. I was surprised at how strong the magnets are, which sounds so silly but I have had plenty of magnets which just simply do not hold their own! These are super magnetic! The prints are clear and are not pixelated or distorted in the printing process which is fab!! I love the little border on the prints too, I think it makes them stand out a little more! 

They come as a printed pack, almost like one big collage ... so you have to manipulate them a little and peal them away from each other (this made me panic!!) but they come away so easily. I received no damage from this process which excited me!  Not only does this give you the chance or option to create a little picture board on your fridge or magnetic board but you can separate them and swap and change as you like! 

I think they are really reasonably priced which is a big deal for me. I can not stand over-priced items. You often find that personalized products and photo printing are increasingly costing more.

The first thing I noticed is the way their website has been designed. It's easy to use, creative and they offer two options when uploading your photographs.  You can go over and have a look yourself HERE. 

When the items were delivered I was totally shocked by the packaging! I have never in my life seen anything quite like this. I have struggled to find the right description, but the best I can do is say that it’s almost like a mixture between corrugated card / tin foil and inverted bubble wrap? (Okay, now I sound insane!!) I’m just hoping the photograph below gives you some sense of what I’m trying to describe! It’s very sturdy and totally awesome!

They also added a cute little motif sticker which read ‘Drum Roll Please!’ which adds to the excitement of opening the package!

The polaroid prints were fantastic. I think they’re a really cute touch on a normal print. They give you the chance to add hand-written captions to your photos. I find they add a real vintage feel to your photo collections. I also like the size of them, they’re the ideal size to pop in a photo holder and place on your desk/shelves. 

The Greetings Cards were fantastic! I cannot fault them at all. They’re not too big, neither too small. The quality of the entire product is perfect and the quality of the print is also amazing. I never really send Christmas Cards but I gathered I would this year, I picked some of my favourite photographs and some photographs from previous years too personalise them and I shall be sending these out to family and friends soon! I also received a cute dog greetings card with a little promotion code inside. I thought that was a cute touch! 

Whilst browsing on their website I come across their Photo Books and decided to buy one of these separately. I was planning on making a ‘My Life So Far’ Photo Book as a present for my best friend as she gave birth to a beautiful little girl this year. I uploaded some photographs which had the biggest meaning, for example …

The Photo Book is amazing quality. The photographs are printed on thick paper almost card material. Unlike the other items. Although the quality was fantastic I was a little upset that the order I uploaded the photos were not the order I received them in. They come in a ring binder booklet, which is fine but there is a Square missing on the front cover, almost like a sneak peak. It’s a great idea but it doesn’t match the photo inside so degrades the quality a little. I was also a little disheartened by the quality of the covering. Considering the photographs were so sturdy inside the photo book the covering is flimsy. It would be great if they offered a personalised option for the cover too, even a little pattern and/or being able to add printed words – maybe? Never the less I shall wrap this up and I’m sure my best friend will appreciate it. 

Overall I was highly impressed with my order from Square Snaps!

I have never in my entire life been so excited to review a product before. When the lovely Nicola contacted me from Lapland Mail-room I felt like a child on Christmas Eve, myself! 

If you know me well enough (or creep my Twitter every now and then) you'll be sure to know I am the happiest person around this time of year!

Now, opening the letter and I was struck by tones of surprises! The website gives you a great feeling for what you're ordering but I guess until you have it in front of your own eyes, personalized and true its a little hard to believe!

They're signed form Santa or Father Christmas (again, what ever you want) They are printed on high quality bespoke Christmas paper and contain many personal references that enhances the excitement of Christmas for your child!
