My Week In Pictures April 7th - 13th

Monday April 7th 

I spent today reminiscing over past happenings. I found this quote online and I shared it on Facebook with my friends. It's so true, I've never related to a quote so much in my entire life before. This gives me a lot of strength. 

Tuesday April 8th 

I received these gorgeous gifts and beautiful card as a 'Thank You' from my best friend Amy for hosting and organising her Baby Shower - turns out it was a success after all!! 

Wednesday April 9th 

I discovered this amazing drink today. It's one of the 'New' ranges from Ribena and its Orange and Guava. It's literally 'Summer' in a liquid form. I urge you to try this!! 

Thursday April 10th 

I spent the evening preparing, and cooking this cake. It was for a Cake Competition at my Mums work. It's supposed to be a Easter Egg Nest Cake filled with different chocolate eggs and was made from scratch. It consisted of Carrot cake smothered in Chocolate butter cream icing! To die for if I do say so myself! 

Friday April 11th

Just a gentle reminder that in 20 days time I will be laid up apon a beach, sipping cocktails with one of my best friends celebrating my 20th Birthday. 

Saturday April 12th

Today I worked over time at work because we were short staffed and one of the girls come into work (after weeks of joking about it) in Roller Skates. This was by far the funniest thing I have witnessed in a long while! She was all over the place. 

Sunday April 13th 

Today was a lazy day, but most Sunday's are! Mum cooked a beautiful roast and we watched films all day.
